What are my delivery options and delivery costs?

Standard delivery is free on all orders over R1000. For orders under R1000, a flat rate of R99.90 is charged, regardless of your delivery address. Delivery time is 2-3 working days, depending on our current stock holding. Please re-visit this section for future developments on delivery options.

Can I change delivery address after order confirmation?

Unfortunately once you have confirmed your order, the delivery address can’t be changed. Please make sure that the delivery address you provide is where you will be available during working hours to receive your parcel.

If I order multiple items, and one item is out of stock, do I get a split delivery?

To ensure that your order is correctly fulfilled, we will only dispatch your order once all items are in stock. This may cause a slight delay in delivery time, but this will be communicated to you, and you will be kept up to date of expected dates for delivery.

I have opened my parcel, and there is missing items. What do I do?

If you find that your order is not complete, please contact within 24 hours of receiving your goods from the courier. Please quote the order confirmation number, and clearly state which items are missing. We will contact you as soon as possible within business hours to resolve the query.

Can I choose a specific time or day for delivery?

At the moment, we are only offering a standard delivery option, and with this option you can’t select a specific time or day for delivery. Please re-visit this section for future developments on delivery options.

Can I make an exchange for the same item in a different colour or size?

Provided the item is still in ‘unused’ condition and all packaging material, you can do an exchange. Please contact us on to arrange this, as we need to confirm that we have the other colours or sizes that you are looking for in stock. Please note that the shipping/courier costs to return the item to us, and the re-shipping/courier costs to get the exchanged item back to you, will be for your account

How can I cancel my order?

If you have placed your order, but not yet paid for it (you selected EFT as your payment option), please contact us on cancel your order.

If you have already paid for your order, you will not be able to cancel your order. Please refer to our returns policy for further information.

Can I pay for my order via cash (C.O.D)?

Unfortunately due to security risks, we are not able to receive cash on delivery for items.

When will the item I want be in stock again?

Items that are marked out of stock, will be replenished as soon as stock is available again. Please visit the online store regularly to check on this. Unfortunately we do not have an automated system to notify you of when stock becomes available.
